Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actress, activist for animals and a writer, who has won numerous awards. Ali MacGraw is famous for films such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. When she was in New York, she was born into an artistic family. After working as assistant to photographers She turned her focus towards modeling and acting. In her first two films, she was recognized and won an award called the Golden Globe Award as Most promising young actress. MacGraw became an international star after her 1970 movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as a Golden Globe. In just three films MacGraw was named the most successful female in box office history. At Grauman's Chinese Theater In 1972, she got her handprints and signature engraved. In addition to The Getaway Convoy Players she also starred in the television miniseries The Winds of War. In 1991, her autobiography Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
