Ariel Winter

Ariel Winter (born Ariel Winter Workman on Janurary 28th, 1998, in Los Angeles California) is an American vocalist, actor and voice-over artist. Ariel began her career in acting young, performing in a Cool Whip commercial at age 6. Her first TV acting role when she was just 7 years old on an episode of CBS sitcom Listen Up!. She followed up these with parts in TV shows like Monk Bones and ER. Gretchen, the Disney Original Channel series Phineas and Ferb's Gretchen played her part in 2007. In 2007, she starred in her first live-action part in the role of Alex Dunphy, on the well-known television show Modern Family. Ariel, along with the rest of the Modern Family cast have won the Screen Actors Guild Award for the Best Performance by an Ensemble on the field of Comedy Series four times. Ariel is still doing vocal work as a voice actor in films like ParaNorman Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs and Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright. Ariel holds a purple-colored belt in Taekwondo. She is the sister of Shanelle Workman. She is a fervent singer and performs in a group called WickedSweet. She is also involved in environmental causes that advocate for the green lifestyle.
