Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. In the course of a year she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. In 2009, she had won several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her college diploma. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in The Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place within the fitness division despite being completely unprepared. The competition was among the very best. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. The workouts she does for strengthening her back are bent-over rows on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
